Online Store Issues

    Okay so, I went to purchase 'Royal' today since the flash sale discount is in effect. I logged into the 'TheSquadMC' website, went to the store tab, selected 'Royal' and added it to my cart and clicked checkout. Then I entered all of my information and clicked I agree to both of the privacy terms check boxes, but when I clicked 'proceed to pay' It flashed a red message that 'we could not send you to the payment gateway, please refresh your page and try again' so I did just that. I refreshed the page and re-entered my information (correctly) about 15 times and became frustrated so I pm'd Agent and he told me to post it here (He/She is super nice btw)

    Have a try now as it has been a couple days since this happened, may have been a little miss-hap with our store. If the error still occurs, could you reply with your username?

    Usually Paypal works fine, have you tried restarting your Wi-Fi? Sometimes that helps itself!

    Are you putting in the correct information and filling out all boxes? This is a very odd error. You also haven't bought anything else in the past as far as I can see. Try using a different browser or removing the package from your cart and adding it back again.

    Okay I will try, yes I am entering my information correctly I am POSITIVE of that, I'll keep you updated on that. Honestly I'm about to give up...
