  I am in need of some help, I have previously reached out to pyrepanther for help and she told me to contact buycraft, last month I bought nightvision and I have contacted staff in game for help and have been ignored, I have sent buycraft over 5 emails to no avail, Please help in this matter.   I made a purchase on my account and then my son's account ScreamScarer (both were for the OverLord rank in factions). My son has not played in a long while and does not plan to play.     Hello, thank you for taking the time to make this comment, there's a few things I suggest you double check when making a payment on the server, firstly make sure the name you've put in to receive the payment is correct, secondly make sure that the payment was processed, paypal tents to freeze accounts.
